more accurate storm names

with tropical storm season well underway, i was wondering why we give these deadly, destructive forces such benign, sissy names. "Charley", "Daniel", and now, "Irene". I'd officially like to propose the next storm be named "Tropical Storm Jerk" because storms can act like real jerks sometimes.
