Free Speech-With Permit

Today, protesters organized by United For Peace And Justice were arrested in Washington DC (Cindy Sheehan being one of them) and "charged with demonstrating without a permit, which is a misdemeanor". So yeah, remember everyone. Before you speak out, you've got to fill out the proper forms and pay the fee. Then, say what you like. But, please for God's sake don't forget the paper work and the fee.
